Terms of Service

Digital Donkey Content Tools are business workflow tools for authorized Digital Donkey TikTok Shop content operations connected to the @donkey.digital creator account.

Authorized use

The tools are intended for the account owner and approved operators. Users must comply with TikTok's terms, TikTok Shop rules, creator marketplace rules, brand agreements, affiliate disclosure requirements, and applicable laws.

Content and publishing

Publishing actions should only occur for videos, products, captions, and disclosures that have been reviewed under the Digital Donkey workflow. Product claims must remain accurate, conservative, and based on observed footage or verified product information. Operators may not use the workflow to post misleading, infringing, unsafe, or unauthorized content.

TikTok authorization

TikTok authorization is requested only for the connected creator workflow. Access may be revoked through TikTok account settings, and Digital Donkey may stop or restrict access if a workflow is unsafe, unauthorized, or out of scope.

Third-party services

TikTok, TikTok Shop, vendors, affiliate platforms, and other services are governed by their own terms and policies.

No guarantee of platform action

TikTok may review, limit, reject, remove, or restrict posts and API actions under its own platform rules. Digital Donkey does not guarantee that a video will be published, remain public, or receive any level of distribution.
