A solo pool does not make your miner luckier. It gives your miner a place to submit work and a way to claim a block if luck hits.

Check these before settling in

• Clear payout rules and fees.
• Stable connection from your location.
• Visible worker stats and accepted shares.
• Reasonable response time.
• Fallback pool support on your miner.
• Transparent block and payout history.

What does not change

Your odds still come from your hashrate divided by network difficulty. Pool choice protects execution; it does not rewrite probability.
